Managed Agent Services

Your AI agents are live.
Who’s making sure they keep working?

We help keep AI agents working, even when someone else built them. Assess what exists, establish a baseline, evaluate regularly and improve what we’re authorized to change.

Discuss managed agent care

Initial assessment first. Scope confirmed before engagement.

Care starts with understanding

Built elsewhere.
Reviewed here.

An unfamiliar agent needs more than a prompt edit. We review its purpose, expected behavior, tools, escalation paths and available access before recommending a baseline or care scope.

Eligibility depends on assessment, permissioned access, authority to act and platform feasibility. We do not promise access to every platform or make changes without approval.

We’re an evaluation and agent-care specialist, not a general-purpose AI agent development shop. Existing Studio services remain separately scoped.

A recurring care cycle

Baseline. Evaluate. Improve. Repeat.

  1. 01

    Assess and baseline

Inspect the existing agent, permitted access and expected behavior. Establish test scenarios and an evidence-based starting point.

  2. 02

    Test on an agreed schedule

Run periodic evaluations and human review against the baseline, including agreed checks after relevant changes.

  3. 03

    Report and address findings

Share evidence, priorities and recommendations. Implement only permitted fixes within the allowance defined in your contract.

  4. 04

    Retest and review

Retest agreed changes and review what remains. Recommend improvements for the next recurring review, with larger work quoted separately.

Scope before commitment

A starting point for periodic care.

Working starting estimates, not fixed packages. Coverage, cadence and the fix allowance are finalized in your proposal after assessment.

Common questions

Clear boundaries. Better fit.

Can you care for an agent someone else built?

Yes, where an initial assessment establishes sufficient access, authority and platform feasibility. Some agents are only accessible for testing; implementation may remain with your vendor or team.

Is an initial diagnostic required?

An initial assessment and baseline are required before recurring care is scoped. A paid diagnostic may be a prerequisite; its scope and fee are confirmed before you engage us.

Is this live monitoring or incident response?

No. This is periodic evaluation and human review, not real-time production observability, a 24/7 service or an incident-response SLA. Production monitoring and operational ownership remain with your agreed team or provider.

What fixes are included?

Only authorized fixes within the defined contractual allowance. Hours, test cadence, coverage and response expectations are finalized in the proposal, not promised by these starting estimates. Major builds and platform/model usage are quoted separately.

How is care different from Continuous Behavior Review?

Continuous Behavior Review remains $1,500/month for scheduled testing and human review within an agreed assurance scope. Managed care can additionally include a defined allowance for permissioned fixes. The written scope determines which service fits.
